Short Answer
Jade Crane Health is operated by Vacation Holdings LLC. We collect your name, email, and whatever you write in the message field of our waitlist form, plus basic information about how you arrived at the site. We use it to answer your enquiry and to understand which pages bring people to us. We do not sell it. To have your data deleted, email hello@jadecranehealth.com and we will do it.
What We Collect
There are two categories, and we want to be plain about the second because most privacy pages are not.
What you type
- Name and email address.
- Area of interest — the care category you select (for example preventive, surgical, aesthetic).
- Your message — a free-text field. People often describe a medical condition here. We treat anything written in this field as health information and handle it accordingly: it is visible only to the people answering enquiries, and it is never used for advertising.
What your browser tells us automatically
When you submit the form, the following are recorded alongside it so we can tell which pages and sources lead to enquiries:
- The page you landed on first, the page you submitted from, and the referring website, if any.
- Campaign tags in the link you followed (
utm_source,utm_medium,utm_campaign,utm_content,utm_term). - The time of your first and most recent visit.
Separately, Google Analytics records anonymous usage statistics — pages viewed, approximate region, device type. It does not receive your name, email, or message.
We also use Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used — pages viewed, scroll depth, clicks, and anonymised session replays. Clarity masks the text you type into any field by default, and we additionally mark the enquiry form as masked, so your name, email, and message are not captured in recordings. Clarity data is processed under the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with hospitals or clinics unless you have asked us to arrange something and we tell you first.
How Long We Keep It
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to help you, and reviewed periodically after that. If you ask us to delete your data, we delete it — we do not keep a shadow copy.
Your Choices
- Deletion or a copy of your data — email hello@jadecranehealth.com.
- Correction — same address; tell us what is wrong.
- Analytics — browser Do Not Track settings and analytics-blocking extensions work normally on this site; nothing here tries to defeat them.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA. We will honour those requests regardless of where you are, because it is simpler and fairer than checking.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If a minor's information reaches us, email us and we will remove it.
