- The second opinion as one bundle — your imaging read by a specialist, the consult, the written assessment and the plan
- What "1 working day" actually covers, and the two steps with no published duration
- What we promise, and what we will not promise, on facing pages
- Three shapes of trip, what is inside each, and the four things that move the number
- The six answers that turn an enquiry into a plan
- Five places, including Hainan — and a disclosure about the one we run ourselves
Why the numbers in it are real
The $740 (¥5,000) assessment fee is a hospital listing price. We do not mark it up and you pay the hospital directly — which is why it does not fall when you ask, and why we can tell you plainly when the thing you want is not what we sell.
The trip figures are planning ranges quoted in 2026 to give a first conversation a floor and a ceiling. They are not medical quotes. A detailed quote follows a finalised plan; it never precedes one.
Partner hospitals and individual physicians are not named in the dossier. We name them for you once we know the question and have confirmed who would be reading your file.
If you would rather just ask
You do not need the dossier to start. For a second opinion, the fastest route is to send the imaging — the DICOM export, not a report — and one or two lines on the main thing you want answered. That is enough for us to confirm a named specialist can help before you commit to anything.
